Shipping Information

FabricOrigami ships orders by Priority Mail except in cases where heavy liquids or materials exceed the normal rates. Orders are usually filled the same day, except on holidays. Shipping rates are as follows:

Phone Orders: If you prefer to phone in your order,
toll free: 866 943-2865. Canada can also call the same number

  • CANADA orders: First Class Mail (better international pricing)
    1. Email me with your address as it should appear on a package.
    2. List your selections.
    3. Best practice- I will send you an invoice of your items with shipping through PayPal. When your payment has been made, your order is shipped. There is a 3.9% charge on all orders for foreign card fees.
 

NOTE: If your email system uses a filter or spam blocker, please add fabricorigami.com to your address book to ensure you receive emails about your order status.

If you have any questions just call or email me. If you aren't completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase within thirty days of purchase. Shipping not refunded.
